Finanzas & Gestión is an independent investment banking advisory firm based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, assisting both domestic and international companies in the analysis and implementation of their strategic and financial plans.

• Finanzas & Gestión was founded by Patricio Rotman in 2003 to address the demand of the local corporate market for financial advisory services.

• In 2004, Fernando Badessich joined our firm as a partner to strengthen and further develop our investment banking capabilities.

• In 2012, Mario Caramutti joined our firm as a partner to complement the origination and structuring of financial transactions with a focus on debt instruments.

• In 2020, Alberto Lagos Mármol and Gabriel Langenheim joined our firm as directors to complement our financial advisory and investment banking activites.

Currently, Patricio Rotman, Fernando Badessich and Mario Caramutti lead a team of qualified professionals with an extensive experience in financial and strategic advisory services in Latin America.
